How we source your order
We work with a selected network of international suppliers. We do not hold every piece on a shelf: when you place an order, our team locates your exact item in the colour and size you selected.
Every item passes through our facility, where it is checked by hand before it is sent to you.

If your parcel has not reached you within 45 days of your order date, you receive a full refund. No forms, no conditions.
Photographs before dispatch
Before your parcel leaves us, we email you photographs of your actual item and of the sealed package. You see exactly what is coming to you before it ships.
Tracking and notifications
Every order ships with full tracking. The tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, and you receive an update at each stage.
Customs and import duties
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. All shipments are declared accurately.
