What is LuxePicks?
LuxePicks is a curated online destination for designer-style bags, shoes, belts, jewellery and accessories. Each order is sourced individually and inspected by hand before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1 to 3 business days when the item is with us, or up to 5 business days when it is sourced for your order. Standard shipping then takes 8 to 16 days and is free worldwide; Express shipping takes 5 to 9 days and costs $39.99.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with most orders going to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
How do you check quality?
Every item is checked by hand before dispatch: stitching, hardware, lining, finish and measurements. We also email you photographs of your actual item and of the sealed parcel before it ships.
Will I see my item before it ships?
Yes. We photograph your actual piece and its packaging and email the images to you before the parcel leaves us.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
If your parcel has not reached you within 45 days of your order date, you receive a full refund. No forms and no conditions.
What is your return policy?
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Email us with your order number to start a return.
How are orders packaged?
Orders ship in protective boxes and dust bags. Packaging is discreet, with no external markings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered at checkout. All transactions are encrypted.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, if your parcel has not yet been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
