How we work
We are not a warehouse that sends whatever is on the shelf. When you place an order, our team locates your exact piece in the colour and size you selected, through a selected network of international suppliers.
Every item passes through our facility before it reaches you. We check stitching, hardware, lining, finish and measurements. Nothing is dispatched before it passes.
What you can expect
- Individual sourcing. Each order is handled separately, not pulled from a bulk shelf.
- Hand inspection. Every piece is examined before dispatch.
- Photographs before shipping. We email you images of your actual item and its sealed packaging.
- Full tracking. Your tracking number arrives the moment the parcel is handed over.
- 45-day delivery guarantee. If your parcel has not arrived within 45 days of your order, you receive a full refund.
Why the short wait
Because each order is sourced and inspected individually, delivery takes a little longer than a large warehouse retailer. Most orders arrive within 9 to 21 days. That care is the reason our customers come back, and we think it is worth the wait.
